- 1. Access your account at www.encargopaq.com.
- 2. Click on the Pre-Alert tab
- 3. Click on the Create Pre-Alert option
- 4. In the Carrier option, enter the postal company that will make the delivery (USPS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON LOGISTIC, etc.).
- 5. In the Tracking option enter the Tracking Number that was assigned to your package or shipment, make sure that the tracking placed does not contain any spaces.
- 6. In Estimated delivery enter the estimated date on which we will be receiving your package in our warehouse in Miami. Remembering that we receive from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- 7. In Supplier you put the name of the store or person who sends it.
- 8. In USD Value enter the total value of the invoice (item value + tax + shipping) of the purchase or merchandise that we will receive.
- 9. Content: A brief description of what your package contains, for example: clothes, shoes, cell phone, laptop, perfume, etc.
- 10. Select Invoice: Attach the purchase invoice. Please note that the maximum file size allowed is 10MB.
- 11. Finally, click on the Send Data button
